Coaching for results
Leaders, and those with leadership aspirations, need to continually hone their skills, ideas, and practices. Nyman’s one-on-one coaching helps leaders increase self-awareness of their strengths, challenges and blindspots, and develop an action for improvement. Nyman gathers feedback from key stakeholders, including bosses, peers, and direct reports. Armed with this information, we work collaboratively with the client to create a meaningful, customized action plan that maximizes strengths and sharpens critical skills.
Advising
At the conclusion of the executive coaching process, clients often choose to engage Nyman for ongoing advisory services. This may include just-in-time problem solving, brainstorming a complicated situation or acting as a sounding board for a key employee. In this role, Nyman helps the client see fresh perspectives through a supportive new lens.
Assessing and developing strengths
One-on-one coaching follows a highly confidential, structured, and effective process that accelerates leadership development and produces observable changes in behavior. It starts with an individualized assessment, using such tools as the Center for Creative Leadership’s 360 Benchmarks® and Nyman-conducted personal interviews. The resulting Leadership Development Plan aligns the needs of the individual and the organization.
Making an impact
Nyman helps leaders clarify objectives and work to achieve winning results. Coaching can focus on onboarding, change management, persuasion and influence, board relationships, team building, global or cultural integration, etc. Additionally, Nyman’s Executive Presentations program sharpens skills used when making persuasive presentations to board directors, the public, analysts, senior leaders, employee groups, or industry colleagues.
